I’m an integrative nutritionist and holistic health coach specialising in digestive health (IBS) and psychosomatic healing (mind-body connection).

individual goals, needs and preferences, guiding my clients step-by-step so that they can achieve their full potential and cultivate long-term health while enjoying the process.
