The relationship between humans and animals is highly emotional - the branding created for a group of animal behaviorists needed to reflect that.

The visual direction was shaped by a key question: who needs to feel comfortable here first?

The specialists themselves carry authority through their knowledge and track record - the brand didn't need to do that work for them.

What it did need to do was speak directly to the people on the other end: pet owners who are often stressed, unsure, and sometimes hesitant to ask for help.

A warmer, more playful visual language was a deliberate choice to lower that emotional barrier - to make the first point of contact feel inviting rather than intimidating.

Brand identity system including logo, colour palette, typography, and visual language; web design; social media feed concept.

The logo featured a combination of a brand’s name initial and a dog’s head

crowd of people on a town square

Hand-drawn elements and expressive colour bring personality and approachability to the forefront - the specialists' credibility lives in the content; the brand's job was to make sure people actually showed up to receive it.

Conceptualizing, wondering how to translate feelings into visuals, thinking in stories, colors, slogans and campaings. That’s what I do. Are we a match?
