As an integrative health coach with training in psychology, psychosomatic therapies, and emotional coaching, I guide you to achieve your goals and alleviate psychological issues, such as unhelpful habits, negative thinking patterns, low self-confidence, and chronic stress. I tailor different therapeutic modalities specifically to you and your lifestyle factors. You don’t have to go through challenging problems alone, and with me you can work through them in a safe, comfortable, fully confidential space.

I offer free consultation calls, one-off sessions, as well as 3-month and 6-month discounted coaching bundles. I recommend 1 to 2 sessions a week for the most effective and long-lasting results. Both long-term and short-term coaching is available, depending on your personal goals or struggles.
